Andy Peterson was our special speaker for our
outdoors men event in November 2006. Our audience was completely
captivated by his theatrical movement and intense story. I do not
recall a single time that night when Andy just stood on the stage to
talk. He was constantly moving around and gesturing towards the
audience and even brought in some visual elements to help give a
clearer picture. His testimony about his personal encounter with a
mountain lion is one that no one would soon forget. As he shared
with the audience the graphic incidents that happened on that
fateful day he incorporated lessons that he learned that were very
applicable to new and even mature Christians. Andy was perfectly
gauged for our audience, as they were primarily fathers and sons.
They all loved the adrenaline pumped story and the way that Andy
would jump around and shout with excitement.
All of the ingredients to his story and
testimony led up to a perfect opportunity for our guests to invite
Christ at the end of his presentation. We had many people respond to
his message well that night and a great deal of guests left the
building as new believers.
I would strongly recommend Andy Peterson to
anyone that wants a high energy impact as an addition to their
evening. He will most certainly "wow" your audience and they will
leave satisfied with stories to talk about for months to come.

It was a wonderful experience for us to
receive Andy Peterson here at First Assembly of God in
Manteca,
California. He spoke to a morning
breakfast gathering and in our Sunday morning service the next day.
I first heard Andy’s story while watching Larry King Live when he talked
about the experience that turned his life around and his becoming a
Christian. I knew that we needed to hear about this divine encounter in
person. Andy does a great job of recounting the events of that fateful
day. You will not be sorry if you invite Andy to your event. His story
thrills young and old alike. I highly recommend you have him!

Re: Andy Peterson
Lion King Ministries
We were so blessed by the testimony of the above referenced individual
who recently spoke at our church. He is such a humble servant of our
Lord and gives Him the glory for all that has overcome in his life. His
ability to communicate is extraordinary. In telling of his mountain
lion’s attack, one had the feeling that you were right there on the
scene. Even though the details were very graphic, it was done in such a
way that it was acceptable for all ages.
I am happy to recommend him as a wonderful Christian speaker who has the
ability to engage his audience in a powerful experience of the saving,
healing and delivering power of Almighty God, through Jesus Christ.

Greetings in Christ,
Recently, Andy Peterson shared with our congregation the story of
his encounter with a mountain lion in Colorado. How grateful I am
for that big cat! The radical changes in Andy’s life were set
in motion because of that encounter and he will never be the same.
It is a tremendous story of the love, grace, and mercy of God that
will be a blessing to all who hear. I highly recommend him to you!

Greetings in Christ’s Name!
It is my pleasure to give my whole hearted endorsement to the ministry
of Andy Peterson and Lion King Ministries. Andy did an amazing job
of re-telling his story to a diverse audience while including a clear
Gospel presentation. Everyone from the youngest child to the oldest
adult present were challenged and encouraged by the message Andy
shared at our Sportsman’s Show.
I was most impressed by the gentle spirit with which Andy carries
himself on and off the platform. You will be hard pressed to find
a more genuine and humble servant of Christ. Andy would be an outstanding
speaker for your church service or special event.

Greetings,
The purpose of this letter is to recommend to you and your church
a young man by the name of Andy Peterson.
In 1998 Andy had an encounter with a mountain
lion in Colorado that God used to bring him into the kingdom. Andy is now
making himself available to share the story in your churches. Whether
it be a Sunday morning service, or a men’s gathering, your people
will be blessed. First, they will be captivated by the details
of the story. Second, they will be told that Jesus still
shows up to change peoples lives. Third, they will be encouraged
to not fear the lions that come across their paths.
I have known Andy for several years. His
parents have attended Riverside Assembly for the past 6 years. Andy’s
message will be one that your people will remember.
If you have any questions, I will be glad to answer them for
you.
Yours in Christ,

To Whom It May Concern:
One of my significant memories as a Pastor
is the Sunday morning a young man named Andy Peterson walked
through the doors of our
church. It was his first Sunday since being released from
the hospital following a life threatening encounter with a mountain
lion at Roxborough State Park. With stitches and puncture wounds
marking his body, he looked like a man who had barely escaped death.
Andy was not only thankful to be alive, but was ready to begin
living a new life.
Since that time a new life for Andy has
emerged from the healing of his physical and emotional wounds
inflicted
by a mountain lion.
He has grown spiritually and found the Lord’s faithfulness in the
difficulties of his life.
Immediately after the attack Andy’s story was sought by various
media groups. Andy chose to wait for the Lord’s timing to
share his dramatic story and the life change which he has experienced
as a result. It seems that now is the time which the Lord
has given the release and the opportunity for Andy to share his
testimony.
You will find that people identify with
Andy and his story. Whether
in a men’s group, or youth gathering or sharing with the entire
congregation, I believe lives will be touched by this story of
survival, new life and reconciliation.
I encourage you to consider the testimony of Andy Peterson while
he is in you area.
Warm Regards,

attention!

We at Good Shepherd Free Lutheran Church
in Cokato, MN were pleased to have Andy Peterson speak at our
Sportsman’s Banquet on Saturday,
January 29, 2000. We had about 150 in attendance. Andy shared
his story of being attacked by a mountain lion. The audience,
of all ages, listened very attentively as Andy related the details.
He very clearly shared how the Lord used this situation to show
him his helplessness in life and in controlling his own eternal
destiny. Andy did an excellent job of sharing the simple Gospel
that Jesus can change a life from the inside out. I would
highly recommend him as a speaker. He also was very respectful
of the time allotment of 45 minutes. We pray that many will come
to Christ as Andy continues to sow the seed of God’s Word.

This letter is to recommend to your church
a young man named Andy Peterson. To use my 14 year old daughter's vernacular
- he was awesome! Andy came to our church and shared the amazing
story of his encounter with a mountain lion in Colorado that God
used to bring him into the field. He captured the attention
of each and every individual in attendance. The young people
in our congregation were particularly drawn into his story. He
shared how he had listened to the lies of the devil and became
separated from God. He told them of his personal struggle
with issues they are facing on a daily basis in their lives and
how he is victorious in life through Jesus Christ. He describes
how Jesus changed his life and how Jesus will change their lives
if Jesus is invited in. Andy encouraged them to walk with Jesus
Christ so that the lions crossing their paths will hold no fear
for them. Andy gives a powerful, positive, faith-filled,
encouraging message for all ages.
On behalf of our family in Christ, I encourage your family to
hear Andy's story. You will be changed.

Andy Peterson, servant of God, brings an
exciting story of how God can give us strength for each step. As Andy shares his
amazing testimony of how a mountain lion nearly took his life,
you can hear how the Lord provided a way of escape for Andy. As
the lion kept coming after Andy, you hear of how God gave him just
enough strength to carry on. Andy tells us of how God knows
our every need, and does provide for us. His testimony will leave
an impression on your heart, that is because he speaks from his. You
can hear the voice of God speaking through Andy. I hope that you
will be able to hear God's amazing story through Andy.

Our growing Youth Group in Litchfield invited
Andy Peterson to come and share his testimony with us at a retreat. He gave
a very clear, gripping account of his experience with a cougar
that had the kids on the edge of their seats. In the end,
he clearly presented the gospel and let the kids know that the
answer was Jesus to whatever they are searching for in their life.
Many of the boys especially commented that they would really listen
to the speakers if they were all as good as Andy!! It is hard to
reach teen guys and Andy's story is one to grab their attention.

Andy Peterson's testimony is dynamic. The transformation
that has taken place is nothing less than a miracle. The Lord used
a mountain lion to get his attention. His story will grip
an audience and cause people to look deep into their heart and
find what it is that is holding them back from taking that next
step with Christ.
I'm also Andy's roommate so I see the Lord
working in his life everyday. The Love of Christ is evident in
everything that he does. This
life change also reflects in everyone he comes in contact with.

Not so long ago Andy Peterson shared his
amazing story with us and a group of Christian and non-Christian

say the least he has a gripping testimony. These normally restless

I had Andy Peterson come and speak at a youth rally and the Sunday
morning service here at First Assembly of God. I was curious about
this exciting and intriguing story.
This was an attention getting and powerful
presentation. Andy had a way of relating to everyone in the service.
He would take
you step by step to the point you felt like you were on the mountain
encountering this lion yourself. It was like you were watching
a suspenseful movie. It made you think about your life presently
and how you are making an impact with it. He focused on choices
and gave a clear-cut presentation of having a relationship with
Jesus. Your life meant something and had a purpose. I
would recommend inviting him to your special event. He will
touch the young and old with this story about God's grace and mercy.

Dear Andy:
Please accept my thanks on being here for
the men's ministry on Saturday, October 14, 2000. It was certainly a dynamic
time. Live's were touched and men drew closer to the Lord. God
has brought you through a most strenuous and difficult time to
say the least. It was apparent that God's hand was on you. It
was especially helpful to each of us who may face spiritual lions
in our path as we walk with the Lord. It is good to know God does
deliver.
Thanks again for a great ministry. Your testimony I'm sure will
continue to bless many.
Praying for you.

Mr. Andy Peterson spoke to the Pastors and
Youth Ministers at our men's conference in April of 2002. The
reponse received was very positive and Andy was available to
those who had questions
and words of encouragement for his ministry.
I was so impressed by Andy's presentation
that I asked if he would return in May and speak at our upcoming
youth conference. Andy
graciously accepted and we started planning the conference.
We had a wonderful turnout for the youth
conference: Approximately 150 in attendance. Again, the
response wsa terrific. Several decisions were made for Christ
that evening.
I do personally recommend Andy Peterson for any group of interested
people who needs a powerful conference speaker or even small groups.
